That’s right, stop looking at your phone system that way. Imagine if you didn’t have a phone system....how would your customers reach you?....how would you make calls to them?
Think about how many calls you take a month, then compare that to how much money your company makes a month. What you wind up with can be viewed as your revenue per call, because it’s likely your phone system was involved in each and every transaction.
If you think of it that way, every time you use your phone you could say “that call made me $5” or whatever your number is.
Now, wouldn’t that be something you should invest in? Shouldn’t you have a phone system that works WITH your business, one that you understand and know how to use? One that makes you money every time you use it?
