Tel Tech Services is a local business. We live and work in the community we serve. We care about supporting other local businesses. Whenever possible we purchase what our business needs from the customers that call us to take care of their business phone systems. Even when it's not the lowest cost or the most convenient way to buy what we need.
It's a little thing really, but we feel doing this helps ensure that the local businesses who deal with us will still be in business next year, and the year after.
I've Seen It So Many Times
Someone will go to a local business to look at something, touch it and feel it and ask lots of questions, learning about what they are wanting to purchase. Then they leave that local business, do a search on the internet and buy that item online because it's a few dollars cheaper. Hell, sometimes I catch myself doing it. But what happens then to the local business....well, next time you go there to touch and hold something and ask questions about what you want to buy, you may find the business has closed up shop. Now your ONLY choice is to buy that item online, or find another local business you can do the same thing to.
It's time for local businesses to support local businesses. That's the only way we're going to get through these tough times, and the only way we can all build the businesses we believed we could when we started out.
We Can Do Better
When you need to buy something for your business look first at your client list. Can you get what you need from someone on it? I can tell you for sure that they will appreciate the business, and remember it when it's their turn to buy something they need that you carry. Especially if you have this conversation with them.
I'm not saying never buy online....or to not look for the best value when you buy something. But that's the key, the best value is not always the lowest price. A local business can't always have the lowest price, but when you call us we try to answer you with a real person. It's not always possible but we try. When you call us and have questions we try to answer them, and if needed we'll come out and see you. We'll give you the best deal we can....and that means what's best for YOU not what's best for US, we don't sell you things you don't need. We care about the success of your business because it means business for us, and because we care about you. We want you to be around next year, and the year after that, and the year after that......
Next Time You Need Something
Next time you need to buy something for your business, have a look at the customers that do business with you. If you can't find someone there then look for a local business to start a relationship worth. Stop sending your money to a faceless and sometimes nameless entity and start doing business with another local business.....just like you.
